- Full refund when cancelling with a five week notice or above.
- 50% refund is given when cancelling within a four week notice.
- 25% refund is given when cancelling within a three week notice.
- 0% is refunded if you cancel within a two week period or less prior to investigation date
Ghost Search UK’s refund policy for Clairvoyant Night’s with Dinner only and the breakdown is as follows:
- Due to each meal being automatically ordered with venue site upon your booking no refund will be issued unless we can re-sell your ticket.
Ghost Search UK’s refund policy for Clairvoyant Night’s (without meal)/Workshops only and the breakdown is as follows:
- Full refund when cancelling with a five week notice or above.
- 50% refund is given when cancelling within a four week notice.
- 25% refund is given when cancelling within a three week notice.
- 0% is refunded if you cancel within a two week period or less prior to investigation date
All refunds will be subject to a charge of £6.00
